Jacky was very easy to work with and most of all incredibly responsive and patient in the sharing of knowledge re the process. The settlement was beyond my expectations due to jackys organisation and also the good work by my solicitors, building management and the bank. Made a very complex process seamless. Would absolutely recommend jacky and on the back of this have given him two further properties to sell.
