Brad was absolutely amazing as our agent (along with Ella). He made us feel comfortable & was understanding with our story. His communication skills was top-notched. We never felt pressured but rather encouraged & was very positive throughout the whole dealing. Even when I pushed through for a 10 day marketing before auction (& succeeded), he did not try to persuade us to do the norm.
